Just an ideal choice for a couple of nights in Etoges with good value for money. Our room in the main building was beautifully appointed and had a cozy atmosphere. A great tip is to enjoy a stroll around the grounds to fully appreciate the charm of the place.

The chateau exudes charm with its lush grounds and elegant gardens, perfect for a leisurely stroll. While the hotel's ambiance captivates, the restaurant prices felt steep for the offerings. a limited selection at breakfast was noted, which could have enhanced the experience further.

The historical building's charm is undeniable, enhanced by exceptional room quality and a warm, helpful staff. Breakfast provided limited selections by 9:20 AM, which was underwhelming for the price. While the dinner ambiance was inviting, the pricing was steep, especially for a la carte items. A mix-up with housekeeping initially left our room unserviced, though reception later remedied the situation by arranging for cleaning and offering an apology with a bottle of champagne.

Some rooms were lacking that updated feel, and honestly, the absence of air conditioning can make summer stays feel a bit sticky. Plus, I noticed that the restaurant prices seemed a touch extravagant for what's served, and breakfast choices were somewhat limited, especially for the price. Not to mention, the noise from events could be intrusive — on a quiet evening, this place should be serene, not a lively bistro.

Target audience appreciative of beautiful grounds
The food was incredible in the restaurant. We had bought a baguette and some cheese to enjoy but the staff went above and beyond, giving us a tray with everything you need, even drinks we ordered. It truly felt like they wanted us to relax.
It wasn’t inexpensive, especially for what we got but it was still acceptable.

Had an amazing time with friends! The ambiance was perfect for wine tasting, and we loved exploring nearby vineyards. Breakfast was excellent and included champagne, a nice touch to start the day! Be sure to book the restaurant in advance, as it gets busy.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning during our stay, which made it a bit warm at times.
